no.128 130905 Thank you for helping me realize something that I should've a while ago

As I was preparing for my testimony on my short term mission trip to Mexico, I realized something that I haven't while I was there. The verse that came to my mind comes from 2 Corinthians 4:18, which goes like this: "so we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen, since what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal."

Sometimes I am too blinded by the world that I forget to seek for what's eternal. I'm thankful that I was able to realize this important fact as I was perparing my testimony. I pray that I can set my mind and my heart on things above, instead of going after what's only temporary.
