Cream of mushroom soup that I made last week. |
To be honest, I think that's what makes it difficult for me to cook. My dad doesn't like the things I like, and vice versa. Only after seeing my dad eat ramen (instant noodles) twice this week, I realized that there really wasn't much to eat at home. I felt bad for my dad, so I forced myself to make some banchans (side dishes). I ended up making two soups as well - Beef based Moo-gook (radish soup) and my all time favourite Dwen-jang-jji-gae.
I should really be cooking more, especially for my dad while my mom is away. I'm thankful that I was motivated to finally cook!
