My dad and I went for a walk in this new trail/park that my dad found last week. He wanted to show me this place since early this week, but I didn't have time for him. I finally told my dad I wanted to go for a walk and he suggested that we go to the trail. Although I go for a walk almost everyday around the neighbourhood, it was a different feeling doing this nature walk. Surrounded by the trees, I felt healthier. It was more refreshing to inhale all that oxygen from the trees!
I'm thankful for the nature walk with my dad today. My dad really needs to exercise. I ask him every evening if he wants to go for a walk with me and he always says no. He thinks walking around the neighbourhood is boring. I should ask him to take me to the trail more often because that seems to be the only way to get him going!
