I see many fireworks bursting into the night sky from my window.
I got back from my trip about an hour ago. I quickly took a shower and had dinner. I am slowly falling asleep so I'm working on my blog in bed. I didn't get that much sleep last night because everyone went to bed late after the fireworks, games and the bonfire. After, I was talking to a friend for a bit, and then I just couldn't fall asleep. The last time I checked my phone before going to bed was past 4AM... I was probably the last person to sleep. I woke up in the middle of the night and I got up relatively early. I hate being so sensitive!
Other than my lack of sleep, this trip will be probably one of the most memorable trips yet, because of one particular event. I was able to celebrate friends' engagement right after it happened. I'm really happy for them!
I'm thankful for the memorable trip. I'm also thankful that everyone had fun, no one got hurt, and all of us returned home safe and sound. And I'm going to pass out in 5..4..3..
